He insists that I am in love with him.
I say I am not.
Yes, I do care about him.
Yes, I do think about him a lot. In fact I think about him all the time.
Yes, I am fond of him.
But no, I don’t think I am in love.
He does not seem convinced.
Which makes me think: Am I really in love with him?
Which also makes me think: Is he in love with me? I am scared to ask him that. What if the answer is yes?

i somehow accidentally dropped in here.. but you know i believe when you start thinking and wondering if you are in love or not, then most probably you are not. When you are, you know this. But then maybe you already know :)
Tricky Situation to be in.
I think when love happens, we know it by instinct that we have fallen in love but not all love stories follow the above example :)
So you need to be clear with yourself when you say you don't love him. If that picture is clear I don't think anything else matters...
You do care about him...if it matters then it can be friendship but as time proceeds you might not know when it changes to love....It is one such feeling that makes you thinking and i am sure you are undergoing this...If he is in love with you then why would he insist that you are in love with him..go and clarify ..talk your heart out and clear off things..I am sure tis is a tricky situ to be in and trust me you cant gt out of this situ quite easily....so better go and talk and yes does it takes time to say a 'yes' if you both have the same feeling...
hmmm..@devil..girls r confused coz they belong to the thinking species :p it's kinda natural to be confused..there r so many things girls consider b4 takin the plunge like the level of attraction, the friendship, the chemistry, the camaraderie u share, n plus theres this 'thing'..like if u feel the 'thing' in ur heart, u r in loove!
