Need courage...
Courage to speak up against something which is so obviously wrong. Need to set things right once and for all.
Need to face my demons, only then can I truly move on in life. Just becaue Ive swept them under the carpet does not mean that they have disappeared.
But Im scared. This is the only thing that Im scared of. Not because Im wrong but because of the bitterness and the misery that shall engulf me if I have the courage to speak up.
Courage, wisdom and clarity... things that I need most at this point in time..

you know you are doing the right thing...
so dont be discouraged because of the supposed misery...
what if things go your way...but before engaging...please get all the facts and proofs you need so that your stand will not be questioned or if questioned will stand scrutiny...

Wish I could help, but I am in a similar position.
The only thing I can say is follow your convictions and never give up the belief in you.
May u have the courage to speak up when time demands. Have faith in yourself and patience. Things will change. Take care.

it's nice to be an idealist and all but i think its also important to be a lil practical..i mean i dunno the context of this post..but its like they say..to change the system u need to be a part of the system..dunno how much sense this is makin to u but i think u get the drift? I am all for idealism..heck i have been super super self-righteous at times..but yes it does boomerang at times which can cause hurt..so doing the right thing with a bit of diplomacy isn't always that bad :)
